Try replacing the ffmpeg.exe with the full build from https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/

Downloaded the latest snapshot build, copied the executables over to hybrid\64bit overwriting the old ones, turned on 8dot3 with fsutil, and then copied THE_STAND to THE_STAND2. Still same issue.

Send you a new link to a dev version for testing.
The issue with ffmpeg MBAS buid (see: https://github.com/m-ab-s/media-autobuil...ssues/2627) seems to be fixed now. (seems to work here)
