Hi there..
is there a possibility to manually set the FPS for an output file? i don't mean interpolation or anything, just stipulating the frames per second the file is played back with...

Filtering->Speed Change->Change speed
or on passthrough
Muxing->Overwrite->Frame rate
(Naturally, both work only when cfr output is used.)

oh btw.. wanted to mention that 48fps is missing as a standard framerate for all three: scale, change, interpolate speeds

Since only cinema production would support 48fps that's not really much of a problem, but I'll can add it in the next dev.

(it does make some things easier, interpolating framerates on 23.976/24 sources, bobbing during deinterlacing.. doesn't happen too often, but it does...)
