from the quote of the sticky:
Quote:compress (zip/7z/rar/..) the HybridDebugOutput.txt before you post it
So, you compress it and attach it as an attachment to a post,....

Dev versions are in the 'experimental'-folder of my GoogleDrive, which is linked on the download page.

google drive allows you to create links to files to share them with others

Didn't get any link and 'https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive' is a general link which brings one to ones own drive.
A shared link would for example look like:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B_WxUS1XGCPAUTlILW54VThMTFU?usp=sharing

Got the file, if you had compressed the file you could have attached it, but never mind.
From the looks of it the encoding around frame 2039 of 5710.
Try these options (one at a time):
  • enabling Filtering->Avisynth->Misc->use FFms2000
  • enabling Filtering->Avisynth->Misc->LibavVideoSource instead of FFmpegSource
  • enabling Config->Internals->Handling->Ignore all input time codes
  • enabling Config->Input->Decoding->CFR output
If none of these help I would need the source file to reproduce the problem
