Didn't get any link and 'https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive' is a general link which brings one to ones own drive.
A shared link would for example look like: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B_WxUS1XGCPAUTlILW54VThMTFU?usp=sharing Cu Selur

Got the file, if you had compressed the file you could have attached it, but never mind.
From the looks of it the encoding around frame 2039 of 5710. Try these options (one at a time):
