question could MeGUI disabled/enable gpu cus Hybrid give you an option to check or unchecked the gpu which i prefer. MeGUI doesn't i think 
see i like using hybrid but i can't use hybrid
hybrid i just leave the gpu unchecked

i just download avisynth rev.2 hope it work for hybrid

still doesn't work i tried everything already dunno why

Try the following:
1. uninstall MeGui, StaxRip, whatever Encoding Tools you installed which uses Avisynth
2. uninstall Avisynth if you installed it on the system (all Versions of Avisynth, Avisynth+)
3. deinstall and reinstall Hybrid
