What does the Vapoursynth Script View show?

Looking at the file, that file is interlaced tff, thus you need to set 'Overwrite input scan type to' to 'top field first'.
Enabling "Filtering->Vapoursynth->Frame->Stabilize->FixFlicker" and setting "max. flash length" to 2 and "min. luma diff." to 0.01.
Seems to work fine here. (see clip)

I used all the settings you gave me in post 27.

I will try again.

Just tried it with your adjusted settings. Looks good so far.

Will try a few more clips, and then start with a full video.

PS. Tried it on 2 other videos. Flicker at the top of the video, otherwise it looks good. Second one turned out well.
