From the looks of it the encoding around frame 2039 of 5710.
Try these options (one at a time):
  • enabling Filtering->Avisynth->Misc->use FFms2000
  • enabling Filtering->Avisynth->Misc->LibavVideoSource instead of FFmpegSource
  • enabling Config->Internals->Handling->Ignore all input time codes
  • enabling Config->Input->Decoding->CFR output
If none of these help I would need the source file to reproduce the problem

For some unknown reason the encoding crashs at around frame 2039 of 5710.
Since I this doesn't happen here I ask you if you can share the file you want to convert, since it might be related to the source.
Since you didn't share the source so far with me:
Does this also happen with other sources?
Does this also happen if you turn off any virus scanner and firewall you got running on your machine?

So:
  • Quote:Does this also happen with other sources?
  • Can you share the source file, which crashes for unknown reason during the encoding at around frame 2039 of 5710 frames, with me?

Got the source, good news I can reproduce the crash when using Vapoursynth, so it's nothing on your system that is causing this.
(I also wrote a small 'Step-by-Step' Convert to 60fps.)
