I think I fixed that problem a while ago (thouthg it was , mainly waiting for l33tmeatwad to add some additional filters, like:
- VapourSynth-RIFE-ncnn-Vulkan, VapourSynth-RealSR-ncnn-Vulkan (these both failed last he tried due to c++20 dependencies)
- FrameRateConverter

In Updates,... thread there is no 2021.04.12.1 changelog at all. Last post shows Hybrid rev 2021.04.06.1 there

btw.: Note that this version, unlike Hybrid did before, does not automatically refresh Avisynth/Vapoursynth Previews unless "Filtering->Misc->Auto-refresh Preview" is enabled. When disabled you need to hit the refresh button next to the 'Filter View' checkbox for Hybrid to refresh the preview.

Seems something wrong with version you send me. I can not see "Filtering->Misc->Auto-refresh Preview" setting.
Also MClean error pop-up is still there
